Dip Piri Piri
Würzige Dip-Mischung mit feurigem Piri Piri, die im Handumdrehen zubereitet ist. Einfach mit Crème Fraîche, Joghurt oder Frischkäse vermischen und nach Belieben verfeinern. Perfekt zu Gemüsesticks, Gegrilltem oder als Brotaufstrich – bringt pikante Abwechslung auf den Tisch.
Zubereitung: Zum Anrühren, 200g Créme Fraîche (mind. 30% Fett) und einen gehäuften Esslöffel der Mischung verrühren & genießen!
Zutaten: Gewürzmischung (Paprika, Chilis, Knoblauch, Zwiebeln, Koriander, Pfeffer, Ingwer, Kreuzkümmel), Speisesalz, Zucker, Würze aus aufgeschlossenem Pflanzeneiweiß, modifizierte Kartoffelstärke, Kräutermischung (Rosmarin, Thymiankraut, Majoran), Tomatenpulver, Sonnenblumenöl, Champignons, Bohnenpulver, Säuerungsmittel: Citronensäure, Verdickungsmittel: Guarkernmehl, Zitronensaftpulver.
